Return Policy

  1. To be eligible for return the item should be unused and in original packing.
  2. Deduction of Pkr.500 will apply for all returns.
  3. Customers can visit our outlet for returns or requests on our customer support or WhatsApp or email us, Our rider will pick up the parcel and return the amount at the same time.
  4. Customers can apply for a return within 7 days of parcel delivery.
  5. It will take 2-3 working days to return via courier.

Exchange Policy
For customer complete satisfaction we allow all our customers to open parcels so they can check size and quality and make payment once fully satisfied. Still, if any of our clients change their mind and need to exchange, they can exchange via these options:

  1. Visit our outlet and exchange free of charge.
  2. Inform on our customer support or WhatsApp or email us, Our rider will deliver with the new parcel and pick old parcel at the same time. Pkr 500 will apply for exchange via courier.
  3. Item will be exchanged within 2-3 working days.
  4. The product should be unused and in original packing.
  5. If a product is damaged or torn, Chappals won’t be exchanged.
